In general, if you let attendees know the meeting is being recorded, you're in good shape. In a few states in the US and most countries in Europe, you are legally required to inform attendees. But even if it's not legally required, it's probably a good idea to be transparent and inform your attendees.
That’s why Voicefox shows up both in the invite and as an attendee in the meeting. There is a good chance one of the attendees will notice and ask you about Voicefox. Even if they don’t it’s a good idea to proactively inform attendees. Here is a script you could use:
“I have added Voicefox to this meeting. It’s a secure productivity tool that records the meeting and helps me capture highlights and action items from the meeting."
