Voicefox takes around half the time of the meeting to process the meeting. So for an hour-long meeting, it typically takes around 30 minutes to process the smart recording of the meeting.
Sometimes it can take longer, especially when the overall usage of Voicefox spikes. We suggest waiting at least 60 minutes before troubleshooting. If you still haven’t received the smart recording, this is likely an unfortunate system error.
To get more details, please login into your portal, and you should find your meeting in ‘Past Meetings’. If you still see the label ‘Processing’ label then we suggest waiting a bit longer. If you see the label ‘ERROR’ or no label, please click on the meeting and email firstname.lastname@example.org. Support will be able to investigate further and hopefully can retrieve the meeting as long as it has been recorded.
